Consultations are not required, but they are highly recommended if you’re unsure about eligibility. By booking your appointment, you confirm that you have reviewed and understand all policies and contraindications listed below.

Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattoo procedure and results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, health history, medications, stress levels, and aftercare. Most clients will need a touch-up session to perfect and maintain their results.

Contraindications

Who Is Not Eligible for Permanent Makeup?

To protect your health and ensure optimal healing, we are unable to perform permanent makeup services under the following conditions:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding (no exceptions)
• Currently using Accutane (must be off for 12 months)
• Active skin infections, rashes, open wounds, or irritation in the treatment area
• Active cold sores (for lip procedures)
• History of keloid scarring (doctor clearance required)
• Autoimmune conditions that affect healing (doctor approval required)
• Undergoing chemotherapy or radiation (doctor approval required)
• Uncontrolled diabetes
• Minors (no exceptions, even with consent)

If you have any medical condition not listed here and are unsure, please contact us prior to booking. Transparency ensures the best outcome.

 

Medications

Certain medications can thin the blood, affect pigment retention, or impact the healing process.

If you are currently taking blood thinners or prescription acne medications, you may not be eligible. Doctor clearance may be required.

Examples include (but are not limited to):
Warfarin (Coumadin), Heparin, Eliquis, Xarelto, Pradaxa, Aspirin (prescription strength), and similar anticoagulants.

If you’re unsure, please reach out before scheduling.

 

Additional Health Considerations:

Your skin tells a story — and we want to honor it.

You may need medical clearance or rescheduling if you have:

• Active cold sores (for lip blush services)
• Cirrhosis or liver conditions
• Platelet disorders
• Thyroid disorders
• Anemia
• Autoimmune conditions (such as lupus)
• Moles, scars, or pigmentation irregularities in the treatment area
• Recent chemical peels, microneedling, or laser treatments

If you’re prone to cold sores and booking a lip service, you must begin an antiviral a few days prior to your appointment. C Our Beauty can submit the prescription for you. If you have a history of cold sores text 720-668-1320 at least a week prior to your appt with your: First/Last name, birth date, phone number, home address and address for desired pharmacy.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance and may be restricted from future bookings.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
